Self care is an important factor in our daily routine. Self care promotes good hygiene, self- confidence and positive energy.
Examples of Self Care
1. Spa Day- Mani/Pedi ( Take at least one day a month and hang out with the girls)
2. Meditation- Sometimes it is good to just get away for a while. Let your mind escape reality for a moment and just relax.
3. Frugal Shopping- Once a month go buy yourself that ONE thing that you just have to have that's under $50 bucks.
Self Care is necessary.
